All members of our community are learners who set personalized goals, use individualized strategies, and take responsibility for our success with the aid of a coach. Our support systems adapt based on the unique needs of each learner, providing more structure or agency for those who need it.
We know that the world is a challenging place and that we need concrete content knowledge and skills to achieve our goals. We employ a rigorous standards-aligned curriculum and maintain high academic expectations for all.
Our learning process is grounded in strong relationships and mutual respect. We utilize dialogue, feedback, inquiry, projects, and other collaborative forms of education to reach our goals. We are curious collaborators and facilitators of the learning process.
